Which cookies we use on branding-guru.com and on Nexovix client sites.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Comparable techniques (local storage, pixels) are treated the same way in this policy.
2. What does branding-guru.com use?
On our own marketing website we primarily use functional / necessary cookies and storage only — for example to load the site reliably, support language or asset caching, and keep forms secure. These are required for the service and do not need consent.
On branding-guru.com we do not place marketing or tracking cookies (such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager or Microsoft Clarity) without prior consent via a cookie banner.
3. Client websites (Nexovix)
Client websites we build on Nexovix may include a GDPR cookie banner connected to tracking (e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity) when the client uses those tools. The client is the controller for that tracking; we facilitate the technical setup as processor. See the privacy policy and data processing agreement.
4. Managing and withdrawing
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Refusing functional cookies may limit the site. If we later add non-essential cookies, a banner with equal choices (accept / reject) will appear in line with Dutch DPA guidance.
